This Italian chef has cooked with Virgilio Martínez at the Central Restaurant (Lima), with Mitsuharu -Micha- at the Maido (Lima) and in Spain with Toño Pérez (Atrio) and Nacho Manzano (Casa Marcial), with whom he spent several years as head chef in the restaurants that the Asturian chef owns in Spain and the United Kingdom.

In the end, it was love that brought him to Gran Canaria, as his wife is from the island and they decided to settle here to make the most of the sea and the grill.

He is currently the head chef at the Ceniza restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
