He is currently in charge of the kitchen at Casa Romántica, a restaurant located in the valley of Agaete and its exotic coffee plantations, in the north of Gran Canaria, an initiative of the Canarian businessman Víctor Lugo.

The restaurant's gastronomic offer is closely linked to the farm's own orchards and corrals, as well as to quality raw materials from local producers, since one of its hallmarks is sustainability.
