Richard Díaz

Richard Diaz trained at the Hotel Escuela Santa Brigida (Gran Canaria) and at the Basque Culinary Centre in San Sebastián. After working in the kitchens of several renowned chefs in the Basque Country and Gran Canaria, he decided to take the plunge and create his own project at the end of 2022. 

In his short career, he has won several awards, including "Young Promise of Gran Canaria Gastronomy 2019", "Winner of the Regional Cooking Competition Gran Canaria Me Gusta 2021" and "Best Chef of the Canary Islands 2022 Gastrocanarias".
